I met my father after he finished working in Bandung. I told him that I had finished my topic proposal for my thesis.
Then he said, "Don't forget to arrange what you're going to do next. Prepare yourself. After this, after you graduate soon, think about this: do you want to start working, or do you want to continue your study? Think about your next plan."
I know that he just reminded me. He didn't intend to push me so hard. I mean, he is always supporting me, no matter what I choose. He always gives me the rights to choose anything I want as long as I enjoy doing it.
I've already prepared my to-do-list after graduation (next year, Amen), such as where I want to work, what I want to do next. I guess I know my plan well and be ready for it.
But... I don't know, it felt different when my own father asked me that thing. I just had nothing to say and I suddenly didn't know what to do.
Well, what am I going to do after completing my study? Soon I'll earn my degree but what happen next?
What are you going to be then?
Are you ready for the most challenging part of your life, where you are fully in your own responsibility?
Is it good enough to make yourself satisfied?
Is it good enough to make your parents proud of you?
Is it good enough?
